1General Information

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the h31 platform and all its users. By using the h31login.cam website or any associated mobile application, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

h31 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino, slots and other gaming services. The platform is built specifically for Bangladeshi users and supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

2Account Registration

To use h31's services, you must first create a personal account. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

2.1 Information Required for Registration

• Full legal name (as per National ID card)
• Active mobile number (for OTP verification)
• Email address (optional, but recommended)
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Your preferred payment method number

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed and funds held in those accounts may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household play from the same device or network, h31 support must be informed in advance.

2.3 Identity Verification

h31 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. A National ID card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3Eligibility and Age Limit

To open an account on h31 and take part in any betting or casino activity, you must be at least 21 years of age. This age limit is strictly enforced and h31 will not keep any account active for anyone under 21.

3.1 Additional Eligibility Conditions

• You must conduct transactions on your own account yourself — not on behalf of anyone else.
• The mobile number and payment account provided when opening your account must be your own.
• Anyone who cannot control themselves due to a mental health condition or addiction is advised not to open an account.

4Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your h31 account login details — username, password and OTP — completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else or allowing anyone to play on your behalf is a violation of these terms.

4.1 Suspicious Activity

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact h31's 24/7 live chat support immediately. The account holder is responsible for any activity that takes place on the account before the issue is reported.

4.2 Password Security

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers.
• Do not use the same password for a long period — change it regularly.
• Do not use a password on h31 that you use on any other site.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on h31 are conducted entirely through mobile banking. Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Both deposits and withdrawals can be made using these methods.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and may be returned.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

5.3 Transaction Responsibility

h31 is not responsible if a deposit is sent to the wrong account number or if a transaction fails due to your own error. If you encounter a problem, notify the support team immediately and keep the transaction reference number.

6Bonuses and Promotions

h31 offers various bonuses, of which the welcome bonus is the most notable. New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

6.1 Welcome Bonus Conditions

To withdraw the bonus amount, the wagering requirement must be met: the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus on a ৳1,000 deposit, you must place a total of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds.

• The bonus is credited automatically after the first deposit only.
• If the bonus is not claimed within 48 hours of the deposit, it may expire.
• If the original deposit amount is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Any winnings made using the bonus will be treated as bonus winnings and will be held until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

6.2 VIP Programme Conditions

The h31 VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver and up to 1.2% at Gold.

Weekly cashback is calculated on the total net loss for that week. Example: as a Silver member, if your net loss for the week is ৳20,000, your cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

6.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Attempting to claim bonus benefits without meeting the bonus conditions or through fraudulent means will result in the relevant bonus being cancelled and the account may be suspended.

7Betting Rules

Certain rules must be followed when placing bets on h31. Following these rules will keep your experience safe and fair.

7.1 Validity of Bets

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless h31 itself cancels the event.
• If an event is not completed or is suspended indefinitely, h31 reserves the right to refund the stake.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.

7.2 Cricket Betting

For betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and international cricket matches, the ICC's official result is considered final. If a match is shortened due to rain, the Duckworth-Lewis method result will apply.

7.3 Live Betting

In live betting, odds can change rapidly. The odds shown at the time the bet is placed are final — any subsequent change in odds will not apply to an already placed bet.

8Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on h31. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds
• Placing bets using bots, automation software or artificial intelligence
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform to gain funds
• Collusion or coordinated play against other users
• Operating an account using a false identity
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account

9Technical Issues

If any game or bet is left incomplete due to a server error, internet disruption or any other technical problem, h31 will resolve it in accordance with its set policy.

9.1 In Case of Game Interruption

• If a game session ends abruptly, the system will automatically attempt to restore it from the last known state.
• If restoration is not possible, the stake for the relevant bet will be returned to the account.
• If the problem is on the game provider's server, h31 will still attempt to assist through support, even if the issue is outside h31's control.

9.2 Maintenance

The platform may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance. Any bets or transactions placed during this time may be delayed in processing.

10Account Suspension

h31 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification
• Suspicion of funds coming from an illegal source
• Operating multiple accounts

10.1 Closure at the User's Own Request

11Limitation of Liability

h31 is an entertainment platform. h31 is not liable for any financial loss resulting from playing here. Users participate in betting and gaming consciously and of their own free will.

11.1 Liability for Personal Loss

• h31 is not responsible for any financial, psychological, or social harm arising from gaming.
• h31 is not obligated to compensate for bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• h31 is not liable for issues caused by third-party software or services.

12Terms Changes

h31 reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

12.2 Meaning of Continued Use
